I saw an add on my phone about a special offer at Mataland. So, I went to my local store at West Quay retail park. I went inside and was looking around for the item. I found the entire store to be really tidy and well set out as if it had just opened. I found a member of staff who, I later discovered was the manageress. I bought the item on offer and continued to look around the store. I was very impressed by everything. I don’t normally shop here but upon seeing this immaculately displayed store I will definitely be coming back again. The prices are also very good value too.

We found exactly what we were looking for in this shop as we had seen it advertised on the Internet. We also bought some other bits and bobs. The staff were also friendly. I would always check the Internet before coming here though.

Like most people who like to buy clothes At a reasonable price, Fashion not bad I get most of my trousers, T's and some Shirts mostly casual stuff. Good shop👍🏾 …

I went at ten on Saturday and place was almost empty. Found what I wanted quite quickly, no prices on anything just 20%off, no changing rooms I could see and woman trying on leggings in middle of shop so guess aren't any, I walked all round trying to find somewhere to pay eventually spotted an assistant who told me the tills were behind a wall at the back of the shop. The tills are all self service. Couldn't work out how to use them so left without purchase also couldn't find bar code on goods I wanted and having worn out my energy and patience finding the tills went home

My local store, good clothing for children's and babies, can find school bits which always good to come and grap what you want when you want, nice and quite can shop in peace.

Women's, children and checkout on ground floor. Men's and home above that. Decent selection available and glad to take advantage of recent promotions. Store is clean and simple to navigate. Prices are easy to identify. Staff can be found if you need help. Self checkout also simple to use.
